Cattle Mutilations

By definition a Cattle Mutilation is exactly what it sounds to be.  It is an instance where a domesticated farm animal has been mutilated with extreme precision.  When people think of mutilations they generally think of cows, however it is not isolated to them.  Cattle mutilations go all the way back to 1897 when Alexander Hamilton was awakened at night by a loud humming noise coming from his cattle yard.  Accompanied by two other men they went to investigate the noise and were startled to see a cigar-shaped craft nearly 300 feet long.

The Washington D.C. Incident 1952

On July 19th, 1952 an air traffic controller at the National Airport in Washing D.C. spotted some peculiar blips on radar.  The air traffic controller immediately notified his boss, Harry G. Barnes, due to the proximity of the capital and that no craft should be in this area around midnight.

The Belgian UFO Wave of 1989

The Belgian UFO wave started in November of 1989 and continued into April of 1990.  Throughout this period a large number of high quality sightings occurred with a large amount of quality witnesses including police officers, Air Force officers, and civilians.  The first sighting was on November 29th, 1989 with thirty different groups of witnesses and three separate groups of police officers.  All of the reports were of a very large and low flying triangular shaped object with lights underneath and had no sounds associated with it.

Mexico Eclipse Sighting 1991

On July 11th, 1991, citizens of Mexico City all turned their gaze to the heavens for an irregular solar eclipse because it was one of the longest solar eclipses in history, lasting over six minutes.  As the citizens turned their gaze upwards millions were astonished to find a metallic object hovering in the sky before, during, and after the solar eclipse had finished.

1973 Pascagoula Abduction

On October 11th, 1973 Charles Hickson and Calvin Parker were fishing from a pier on the web bank of the Pascagoula River in Mississippi when they heard a whirring/whizzing sound.  The sound was being produced by an oval shaped object approximately 30-40 feet across and 8-10 feet tall with two flashing blue lights.  Hickson and Parker claim they were rendered paralyzed while three creatures examined them aboard the object.  Once the examination was complete the two were released.

The Peru Incident

On April 11th, 1980 in La Joya Peru an object was detected on radar that did not belong in Peruvian military airspace.  Oscar Santa Maria Huertas, a commander in the Peruvian Air Force, was scrambled to intercept the object and destroy it in his Sukhoi SU-22 Russian made fighter.  As the commander approached the target he described the object as being completely spherical with its upper section being a cream-colored porcelain and a metallic-grey base; that it looked like an ashtray.

P-791 Hybrid Air Vehicle

The Lockheed Martin P-791 Hybrid Air Vehicle is a combination of a traditional blimp, hover ship, and airplane all combined into one relatively sleek and sophisticated shell.  Lockheed Martin touts the P-791 as a way to revolutionize the world of intelligence gathering, logistical delivery, and long-range commercial cargo delivery.

Magnetohydrodynamics (MHD) Propulsion

Magnetohydrodynamics (MHD) is quite the mouthful, but seems to be one of the latest forms of propulsion and may help explain a huge variety of UFO sightings.  MHD relies on magnetic properties of electrically conducting fluids to provide lift and thrust.  Some common fluids used are plasma, liquid metal, salt water, and electrolytes.

The Phoenix Lights

Following up on the Chicago O’Hare sighting that I posted about yesterday, I wanted to follow up with a sighting that was seen by thousands, ruined politicians careers, lasted nearly three hours, and spanned nearly 300 miles.  The craft which everyone claims to have seen on March 13th, 1997 was described as a massive V-shaped craft with six lights on its outer edges.  Most witnesses say the craft had no sound associated with it, although some state it sounded like a “rushing wind”.
